Cancellation Policy

For your convenience, we send out email and/or text message appointment reminders 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In return, we ask that you respectfully give us 24 hour notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Please make sure that we have your updated email and cell phone number on file.

In the age of smart phones, digital calendars, event alarms, email reminders (and our paper reminder cards), the responsibility of your appointment is yours. If you are unsure of an upcoming appointment time, we welcome you to always give us a call.

Your appointments are very important.  We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. In the event that you miss or fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to scheduled time, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged. The fee must be paid prior to scheduling future visits.
Our cancellation policy allows us time to schedule clients on our waiting list and better serve all Xanadu guests. Thank you for your support and respect on this matter. In return, we understand that some situations are unavoidable, and we will consider those situations individually.

Product Guarantee

We pride ourselves in carrying the best products in the health and beauty industry. Our team members are thoroughly trained in our products ingredients, capabilities and how they should interact with your individual hair type. If you feel that you purchased a product that isn’t performing as expected, bring it back and we will exchange it for one that you do love or for a credit towards your next service. It’s that simple!

Service Guarantee

As an award-winning salon, your satisfaction is our highest priority. A thorough consultation is provided at your first appointment and at every appointment thereafter. We are only satisfied when you are! While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, if your new look isn’t just perfect, call us within one week of your initial appointment and we will be more than happy to make an adjustment for you free of charge.

Please note that some desired looks may only be achieved through a process of appointments. This usually applies to corrective color or taking hair from a dark to light shade. Your stylist will help you set up an individual plan of action to reach your color goal, keeping the integrity of your hair at top priority. We also cannot guarantee color results on hair that has been previously colored at home or by another salon.

Your Stylist Relationship

We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist based on a variety of reasons schedules, prices or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. All of our stylists are very supportive of one another. We keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All our stylists have equal access to this information. With our in-house education and apprentice program, we are able to ensure that no matter who you see you will receive the same high-quality service to which you have grown accustomed.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, gift certificates and Spa Finder certificates. Gratuity may be added through any of these forms of payment. For returned checks, we do reserve the right to charge a returned check fee at market value and refuse personal checks for future payments.
